WHAT BOOKS CAN I READ? WHAT WEBSITES CAN I VISIT?

It happens at the end or during a break of every workshop session: one or more people say, "I want to continue to learn more about the skills and structural tools. What books can I read, and what websites can you recommend?"

So here are the questions again, followed by a list of favorite,

recent books on communicating effectively and influencing others, plus two important websites. You can check out the
book reviews on Amazon or Good Reads to see what others
say about them.

WEBSITES TO VISIT:

Here are two great online resources. The first, VitalSmarts.com, is the website of the authors of Crucial Conversations and also Crucial Confrontations, listed above, as well as other
books. Their newsletters also offer great tips and ideas for handling challenging situations.

The second online resource is MindTools.com, which provides many brainstorming tools and also videos about leadership and communicating.

Both of these sites are highly recommended to help to reinforce the skills and to provide inspiration about how you can be more influential and how your teams can work more effectively together.
