COMMUNICATION COACHING to Strengthen and Fine Tune Your Interactions, Influence, and Innovation:
What's in a name?

WHY "GREATER THAN EVER"?
All clients use good, or even great, communicating and influencing skills, most of the time. But sometimes it can be difficult to maintain one's "cool", especially when stakes are high or when there is any amount of time pressure, which might actually describe many workplace scenarios.
When I was a child, I remember fathers of close friends - fewer mothers worked at that time - who were smart
and caring and funny, and who sometimes found themselves out of a job. They and their families felt like our
extended family, and, even though I was young, I worried about them and could not understand how such a thing could happen. With the coming years, and in my chosen profession as a career advisor, facilitator, and coach,
I have seen how just one workplace conversation going awry could mean an abrupt change in a career path.
As a coach of best-practice workplace skills, I have also seen brilliant and innovative leaders and teams that have benefitted from a greater awareness of the effect they have on others and the intentional use of a few "soft skills" and mental frameworks that have helped them to honor and build upon individual ideas as they create strong, cohesive teams.
So that's why the name became "GREATER THAN EVER", because we each have these skills, yet sometimes
we need a little awareness and support to polish them and let them shine so that we can call upon them in challenging situations, or even in everyday interactions. And by using them - in one-to-one conversations or on teams - we can greatly improve and positively impact what happens with other individuals, within our teams, and in our careers.

HOW CAN GREATER THAN EVER CAN HELP?
Your reputation, relationships, and results matter. And they are a matter of others' perceptions.
With particular skills and tools, individuals and teams can do a lot to manage others' perceptions
and to build professional and personal relationships based on trust. Each day, no matter what our
specific profession is, it is with one conversation at a time - in interviews, when talking with bosses,
co-workers / customers / clients, when giving presentations, or when sharing ideas with teams -
that we build our particular level of influence and sense of trust. This is our currency in the workplace,
and how we use our skills has a lot to do with our individual success and our personal happiness.
Greater Than Ever offers personalized coaching and training sessions, as well as ongoing support,
for individuals and teams that would like to enhance specific communication tools and strategies
for effective interactions, influence, and innovation. The communication skills are designed to build
strong working relationships, yet they can apply to both business and everyday situations.
Individual sessions can be in person or online. And for customized workshops, consultations can be
in person or online, prior to on-site training session/s.
Greater Than Ever customized workshops are most often given in 4-hour, all-day, or multiple-day
modules, depending on an organization's needs.
